Tiny Stories is developed and operated by Younify Tech Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Our Platform is designed for use by adults (such as parents, guardians, and educators) to create stories for children under the age of 6. You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use the service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

Users can create, save, and print stories using our Platform. All AI-generated content created by users is fully owned by the users themselves. We do not claim any rights to user-generated stories.

Our Explore page is an admin-curated showcase of example products, templates, storybook ideas, and gift concepts. Users cannot currently submit stories or products for public listing. If we choose to feature customer-created content in the future, we will ask for the required consent before publishing it.

• Users may generate a limited number of stories for free; this limit may change at our discretion.
• We offer one-time credit packs that allow you to generate stories. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We reserve the right to change payment processors in the future.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

• We may use third-party services to fulfil printed storybook orders. While we partner with reputable print providers, we are not liable for errors, delays, or quality issues in print fulfilment that arise from third-party operations. Users should review the proof preview carefully before confirming print orders.
• We do not conduct printing ourselves. When users request printed storybooks, order fulfilment and delivery are handled by third-party printing partners. These partners receive only the data necessary to complete the order.
• Once a print order is placed through our Platform, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order. Please review your order carefully before confirmation. Refunds for printed books are only provided in cases of significant manufacturing error.

All intellectual property created by us—including the Platform, branding, and original content—remains the sole property of Younify Tech Limited. No reuse or resale is permitted without prior written consent.

• Service Availability: The Platform may be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• Offensive Content: The AI models used to generate stories are provided by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for any content users may find offensive or inappropriate.
• Service Outages: Outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse of the Platform, offensive or harmful content generation, or violation of these Terms.

We integrate third-party services such as payment processors, analytics, AI models, and print fulfilment providers. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms and policies of these third-party providers as incorporated by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes should first be addressed through our customer support team. If resolution cannot be achieved, further action will be governed by UK legal standards.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
